TFF

Trans for Forwarders - a product dedicated to forwarding companies, available within the Trans.eu Platform on platform.trans.eu. Currently it includes functionalities described in the CFF product definition. Eventually, it will be possible to extend it with TOM product functionalities.

Trans for Forwarders (TfF) is used by the shipper in two ways, to work with:
- carriers by: organizing them into groups, adding them to regular cooperation, defining automatic rules for publishing freight, making auctions,
- shippers: the forwarder is usually an intermediary in the execution of the transport service (and this makes him different from the carrier)

In TfF the forwarder also has access to the community of companies registered on the Trans.eu Platform and using the Trans 4 product. Apart from the traditional load exchange, TfF includes algorithms for matching new carriers in terms of price, quality and security (see: matching algorithm).
