TOM

(Transport Order Management) - one of the two main functional areas (apart from CFF) available as part of TfS and TfF products. NOT AVAILABLE IN PRODUCTION YET. It supports the stage of managing an order from its acceptance by the carrier, through execution, monitoring of its progress and billing for order invoices.

The product includes the following features:
in TfS/TfF:
- completion and management of transport orders issued in CFF
- monitoring of loads

in TfC:
- acceptance of orders
- setting statuses of orders including electronic confirmation of execution (Proof of Delivery)
- monitoring of the fleet and progress of the order on the map (with the possibility of sharing the shipper's location)
- reports on order execution
- invoicing of completed orders and use of invoice financing services
- integration of telematics with the platform,
- (or:) delegation of tasks and monitoring of a vehicle position (TransTask driver application)

TOM will be available both as a separate product and as a component of the Trans.eu Platform.
