Automatic rules

In the Freights module of TfS and TfF transport orderers can create publication rules for freight classes (see: Freight class). They specify to which recipients and under which conditions every newly added freight of a given class should be published.

Possible types of freight publication within the rules:
- Fixed routes
- Your carriers (contact list)
- Proposed carriers (SmartMatch algorithm)
- Vehicle exchange

Manual creation of a publication rule consists in setting the order of publication to selected recipients and waiting time for return offers.

Important: for every regular cooperation with the carrier, a publication rule is created automatically.
The default publication rule in this case is:
Publish XYZ class immediately in sequence and with a duration of 20 minutes for each Carrier. Global response time - 20 hours before loading time.
